Photo Hunt: Light

photohunters.gif This week's Photo Hunt is light. I was recently in Kyoto and saw the most beautiful lights/lanterns that were used to advertise the restaurant name. They were just gorgeous. Here is a sample of many pohotos I took.

This last photo is of a hallway leading to a restaurant. The lighting was superb. I am not sure I quit caught it with the camera. Maybe it is one of those "You had to be there moment!"

I'm glad to get to see this post twice. One of the perks to being an early bird photohunter, ha. I'm glad to have gotten a sneak preview last week as I love the photographs that you selected for this from your trip. I think the light in the hallway is extra special. I hope you have a wonderful weekend, Carver

The Japanese are so clever in their designs. The colours are not so glaring.

Youmay think it is a had to be there moment, but the photo is awesome. If you had to have been there--I can't even imagine.
