Gay Marriages NO MORE in CA!
I have been very disappointed with my state. If you have not heard, the Prop 8 was upheld this week and that means Gay marriages are now again illegal. Luckily, those who were married while it was legal are still legally married (thank god for that). I am ashamed that we live in teh 20th century and we deny humans basic right.
This video show exactly the stupidity of the WHOLE THING. And to quote Drew Barrymore (I never thought I would ever quote Drew Barrymore, but here it is): "WE can't define love and we Can't Define Family!" WELL SAID.... Please watch the video

My blog
This is my Dog Sam, Sam is a Bernese Mountain dog and he will be 11 years old in 2 months. That's old for this breed. I just love my dog. He is MY best friend; a great listener and knows all my secrets. He is great at keeping my feet warm too
So I just realized that I have not posted anything all week. HAAAA
I have been soo busy. My oldest, besides the horse riding, has added Physical Therapy three times a week, so I am just running around non stop. I have also been watching too much TV at night and then there is this darn Facebook, that takes up soo much of my addiction attention!
I have also been working on a batch of photos that I took. That was my first photo shoot that I did pretending to be a pro. The thing was the office where I took photos of the employees had horrible lighting and I have no studio lighting.. it was hard work, but I am pretty happy with how it turned out...
Memorial weekend is upon us once again. I feel like it was just a month ago that we had our last Memorial weekend. Looking forward to a HORSE show FREE weekend and not much on the schedule.... :)
Maybe I will catch up on my blogs!

The painted is on the wall in the back (I TOLD YOU this was a stretch).. but there it is!

I spent four days in Miami; Gumball 3000 finish...
I spent Friday to Monday in South Beach, Miami.
WE had picked a nice hotel (which a dear friend got us a good DEAL at)....
It was supposed to be a nice and quiet weekend... But we soon found out it was not to be so....
I had never heard of this rally/race, but the day we arrived was the end of the Gumball 3000 rally, and the front entrance was full of the most amazing cars and the lobby full of wild and crazy people. It turned out to be really fun. Even Dennis Rodman was there. He did the race in his Rolls Royce...
here are at a few photos that I took.
The race costs $45,000 to enter and you need to bring your own car; and After speaking to a few racers, you definitely need to include a budget for your speeding tickets. Some of these guys go as fast as 150mph+++... two of the racers were jailed and had to post bail.. So bring extra cash!
Every year, the race is somewhere different. Next year, it will start in London and eventually end on the east coast of the US (so ship your car over the pond) and drive from Boston to NY!
I AM LOOKING FOR A SPONSOR! :)

You might recognize the wild man in Orange (Dennis Rodman)... photo taken at Plunge, top of the Gasenvort Hotel in Miami

IN Memory
This week's theme is "IN MEMORY"
I brought flower today to my best friend's daughter's grave site. It is almost 8 years ago, that baby Audrey died in a drowning accident. If I have learned ANYTHING from that day/night is that it happens to the best parents, the best people, and with the best intention. This was a gated pool mind you. Another thing I learned is to teach your babies to be water safe from the very beginning... They can learn very easily. Even if they cry in the beginning, it is better for you to suffer through their crying, then to suffer for the rest of your life if this were to happen.
There is NOT ONE day that passes by that I do not think of Baby Audrey... please hug your children and keep them safe!
(I AM out of town for a few days.. please give me a few days to come and comment on your blog.. thank you)
