Fun weekend with the Joshi crew!

This past weekend, Nana, Nani, Mama and Mami came to visit, and we all had so much fun hanging out together!  We started off celebrating Mami's birthday on Friday evening with some yummy ice cream cake and decorations made by Keshav!

On Saturday, we went to go see the Harlem Globetrotters game!  Daddy has been teaching Keshav all about basketball, and he was so thrilled to be watching a live game that is full of tricks and fun!  His favorite parts were when they spun the basketballs on their noses and when the mascot came out at half-time :)  He was also very excited that they beat the Washington Generals!  And he was thrilled to get his Globetrotters basketball signed by one of the players: Viper!

Since it was Ramnavmi on Saturday, we also visited the temple to do darshan.

"Jai jai!"
Meditating

Finally, on Sunday, we drove up to New Hampshire after having a delicious brunch at the Cheesecake Factory to Charmingfare Farm for an Easter Egg Hunt!  We took a horse-drawn hay ride over to the egg hunt where the kids loved finding all of their eggs and putting them in their baskets!  Vidya especially loved meeting the big chicken and Easter Bunny!  Keshav, of course, was so excited to feed the sheep and goats, and he got to roast marshmallows over a bonfire to make s'mores!  He couldn't get enough of the marshmallowy-chocolatey yumminess!

Vidya was a little tired and cranky
on the hay ride!
It was sunny but chilly!

But she was fine once she started
finding her eggs!

It was a fun-filled weekend, and I am so glad we got to spend it with the Joshi crew!
