June trip to Kentucky!

We had an eventful but fun summer, and I know I am so behind on posting about it!  So I am going to try and summarize the best I can :)

After our Shah family reunion in Georgia, Keshav, Vidya and I drove with Nana and Nani back to Kentucky to spend some time there with them!  We loved flying kites at the park, visiting with our family in Kentucky, going to an animal sanctuary, spending time with Ba at home, visiting the Children's museum with Nana, and finally, attending a local friend's wedding!  It was a fun-filled week!

The animal sanctuary that we visited was called Salato Wildlife Education Center in Frankfort, KY.  The kids both learned a lot about Kentucky wildlife!

Of course we had to eat at Olive Garden!

We also visited the Lexington Children's Museum with Nana, which was a blast!




























Finally was the wedding we attended!  Vidya was not in the mood to take a picture :)  Nana calls that the "trapezoidal mouth cry!"
