Vidya's first trip to the beach!

Last summer, when I was pregnant with Vidya, we spent a lot of time at the beach while we were on our family cruise after Shyam and Ami's wedding.  But, we have not been able to visit a beach yet since she was born, so we were very excited to take her to Salisbury Beach State Reserve on this absolutely beautiful day!  She is definitely an outdoor baby as she loves to be out in the fresh air, exploring her surroundings.  She had such a great time walking with her bare feet in the wet sand and letting the cold waves run over her little toes!  She was mesmerized by the waves and spent a lot of time watching them splash up on the shore.  It was so adorable to see her experience something that we enjoy so much for the first time!  And we are so lucky to live in a place where the beach is only 35 miles away!  We met our friends Arabela and Sam and Keshav's buddy Henry there, and of course Mama and Mami spent the day with us, too!
