We have been SO excited about our trip to Cape Cod that we have been planning for several months! We have been in Massachusetts for 3 years now, but we still hadn't made a trip to the Cape, so when we heard that Vivek's best friend from high school, Tony, was getting married in Cape Cod in July, we decided to make a week-long vacation out of it!
It is about a 2-hour drive from our house to West Dennis, which is where we rented a house for the week. From the moment we got there, the kids were ready to go to the beach, and luckily there was one about 0.5 miles from the house! Mama and Mami drove over from Providence to spend the day with us, and our friend Shankar stayed with us for the weekend for Tony's wedding. The kids had a blast hanging out at West Dennis Beach!

The next day, we spent the morning playing games with Tony Uncle and Shankar Uncle, and then we attended Tony's wedding at a church in the Cape. It was absolutely beautiful! The kids had a great time exploring the church and cheering for Tony and Kate as they tied the knot!
