Welcome to our blog!

Vivek and I wanted to share some news about Keshav and Vidya on a frequent basis with our close family and friends, and hopefully this will be a good way to do so! Please visit often, and I will do my best to keep things updated!

4 Merry Munshis, 4 Jolly Joshis, and a Super Special Saheba!

This year, for the Christmas holiday, our lovely family came to spend it with us here in Chelmsford, as it is too soon to travel with tiny little Vidya.  And we are so grateful that they were able to join us for some fun times!

Shyam and Ami introduced us to Duckpin bowling!  It's similar to regular bowling, except the balls and pins are both smaller in size, which was perfect for Keshav!  And, there were these cute, old-school Duckpin bowling lanes right here in North Chelmsford.  We all had a blast, but Adarsh was clearly the best player :)

Another day, everyone except the kids, Nani and me went skiing in beautiful New Hampshire!  We can't wait to take Keshav next year!

Enjoying some well deserved hot chocolate after a long day of skiing!

They all had so much fun, and Mama's hair looked just like Vidya's when he took off his ski gear!  Do you think they look alike?

One of the best parts of the week was all the delicious food we got to eat! Adarsh introduced us to some yummy vegetarian ratatouille, Ami made some Italian flatbreads and warm apple cobbler a la mode, Vivek made his signature guacamole, I made some muffaletta sandwiches and alphabet soup, and Nani and Nana made some pani puri/bhel, chole bhatura, palak paneer, eggplant parmesan lasagna, and some incredible peanut butter fudge brownies! But the highlight of our culinary experience this holiday season was a mouth-watering vegetarian sushi dinner prepared by Shyam, Ami and Adarsh!

It really was such a blessing to have everyone here for the whole week!  A big thanks to Shyam and Ami for moving to Providence last summer :)
